Return & Refund Policy
At Hazel's Charm, we want you to love every item you receive. We strive to provide high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, if you aren't 100% satisfied, we are here to help make it right.
1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you change your mind about a purchase, you have 30 days from the original date of purchase to request a return or exchange. To start a return, please email our support team at support@hazelscharm.com. Please include your Order Number and the specific item(s) you would like to return.
2. Non-Refundable Items
While we try to be as flexible as possible, certain items are exempt from this policy. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on:
- Personalized Items: Any product that has been customized, engraved, or made-to-order cannot be refunded unless it arrived defective.
- Original Shipping Costs: Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
- Sample Kits: Individual samples or tester kits.
- Promotional Items: Free gifts, bonus items, or Gift Cards.
Hazel's Charm reserves the right to deny return requests that do not comply with these guidelines or appear to be fraudulent.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, or if an item is missing from your package, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will immediately arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no extra cost. To speed up the process, please attach a photo of the damaged product and the shipping packaging in your email. This helps our team improve our shipping methods for the future.
4. Refused Shipments & Return-to-Sender
If a package is refused at delivery or returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. The cost of return shipping will also be the responsibility of the customer.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please allow 2–10 business days for your bank or credit card issuer to post the funds to your account.
- Note: If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, we recommend contacting your bank directly, as processing times can vary.
